Whether you’re in reality or virtual reality, we’ve made some changes to ensure our venue is a safe and hygienic environment for everyone.
The venue has enough spacing to ensure we are able to space 1.5 metres apart in key areas, and we’ve adjusted the safety alarms in our games to keep players 1.5 metres apart throughout your experience.
After each booking we sanitise and disinfect all VR equipment, including backpacks, VR headsets, earphones, microphones and controllers. We also regularly disinfect surfaces in all customer areas such as the reception and washrooms, and keep plenty of stock on hand of all cleaning supplies and personal protective equipment. Sanitiser is available throughout our venue.
Our Game Masters have completed additional training in hygiene practices including being a COVID Marshall , sanitation processes, and using personal protective equipment. Please ensure that you follow their instructions, as their priority is to keep you safe while you are enjoying your experience.
Zero Latency VR Adelaide is compliant to the direction from the Federal and State Government.
In particular, we are COVID-Ready from https://www.covid-19.sa.gov.au/ and follow the directions to the COVID-Respond requirements.
We have a COVID-SAfe Plan and will require all customers and staff to check-in via COVID-SAfe Check-in app.
