Zero Latency VR is one of the original FreeRoam VR.  We are one of the longest running global VR entertainment attraction in the "out-of-home" VR space.  We are still one of the best.  Unlike a VR arcade, which lets customers play consumer VR content in a confined pod.   Zero Latency is a VR attraction offering totally unique multi-user VR experiences designed to be played together in a large, shared arena. 

A maximum of 8 players in the ZL Arena.  The 2nd gamespace allows for 4-5 players max.  Our experience does not support any additional players.  For larger groups, you will need to book back-to-back sessions.

Players should be 13 years and over to play any experience. We can make exceptions for 10 to 12 year olds if they are accompanied by a playing adult and only book non-zombie experiences such as Engineerium or Singularity.  Any children under 15 must also have a signed waiver which can be done on arrival.  Previously, all players must be at least 130cm. Why? The child should be comfortable to carry our technology which weighs approximately 6kg.  This is not the case anymore as all of our VR experiences are FreeRoam with no backpacks - providing virtually limitless freedom.

This is an active experience so please make sure you wear light, comfortable clothes and appropriate footwear (ie. no high heels). 

You can wear glasses if they do not have a large frame. We recommend wearing contact lenses for the experience, as our headsets will not fit large frames due to limited space between the eyes and VR lenses. 

Players under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to play. You will not receive a refund or credit.

You will need to be able to walk around, unassisted for an hour with full use of both hands. People with vision in one eye are able to play.

For safety reasons anyone with the following impairment/medical conditions are not able to play:

• Epilepsy and similar seizure disorders.
• Broken leg or arm.
• Deaf or severe hearing loss. (this is potentially allowed, please check.)
• Wheelchair users. (this is potentially allowed, please check.)

Our experiences are not recommended for anyone with the following impairment/medical conditions:

• Heart condition.
• Pregnant - we don’t recommend women in their second or third trimester playing due to their centre of balance changing dramatically. It is a risk to your safety. Please call for any clarification.

Every part of the system is designed to give you an immersive experience without any of the motion sickness typically associated with virtual reality systems.

Since using our latest VR headsets, only 0.02% of our players have pulled out due to motion sickness.

We have in-game safety mechanisms and a Game Master to stop that happening. It is up to you to pay attention and follow all instructions at all times to remain safe.

Our ZL Arena specifically designed Freeroam VR games are either 15mins or 30mins.  However, each of the sessions available to book is 30mins with a 15mins interval.  This means you may  mix'n'match a combination of 15min games for the 30min session.

In our second gamespace, our VR Escape Room and Hero Zone are 45mins experiences starting every hour.

With each ZL Arena session being 30mins, the standard price of our session is $59 per person.  This is during our Peak hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.  

During our school holiday period, we do have Off-Peak rate at $49 per person on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Happy Hours - watch out for this at $49 per person (off-peak rate) when it is offered on Fridays.

While our second gamespace, our VR Escape Room is on a sliding scale from $45 per person to $35 per person if in a group of 5.  And our Hero Zone is a flat $39 per person
