In Adelaide, we're always looking for enthusiastic casuals who are reliable, well-presented, people with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for cutting edge entertainment. You’ll join the team as a Game Master but can progress to Team Leader or Service Technician.
Roles at Zero Latency Adelaide are:
- Team Leader – your leadership/hospitality/entertainment experience as well as your exceptional communication skills and confidence will see you lead the on-site VR experience.
- Game Master – your passion for gaming/VR and good communication skills will put you in the hot seat to deliver safety briefings and provide in-room game supervision to ensure players have a safe and enjoyable free-roam VR experience.
- Service Technician – your problem solving skills and ability to think and work quickly on computer repairs will ensure the VR suits are fully operational to optimise the player experience.
Every team member must be:
- comfortable working in high-pressure situations
- able to anticipate and efficiently resolve issues while keeping customers engaged
- able to work effectively in a team
- available to work weeknights and weekends (ideal for students), and
- have a passion for VR, gaming and technology.
